For us to be your best partner, we believe it is important that our customers have easy access to machine service as it maximizes uptime.

Our service centers are also our distributors, meaning we have a close collaboration, diminishing mistakes. The goal is to have authorized Fremco service centers on all continents. This is an ongoing process together with our distributors.

You are welcome to send your machine to the service center nearest you. However, you must request your service before sending the machine (you do that below).

SERVICE CENTERS WORKING WITH THE SAME FLOW

In accordance with Fremco's ISO 9001 certification, we have developed a service procedure to make all service centers as efficient as our service center at Fremco in Denmark.
The service centers have fixed costs on service kits. This makes it easier to plan your budget.

All our service centers are authorized with renewed authorization every year.
